High interest rates and low inventory are contributing to this issue, as is the growing number of millennials, who are looking for larger homes to raise families. For low-income Americans, the hunt for affordable housing can be especially tough."

Ecclesia Partners has drafted an ambition plan to convert three vacant inner city lots into individualized four-story units. Each unit will have a roof top deck affording views of the Philadelphia skyline and the Camden Waterfront. This development will further economic revitalization in this historic New Jersey community.

Vibrant communities are not based on brick and mortar. They start with each of us. Our development strategy is fundamentally holistic, and seeks to address the critical needs of the individual (employment, workforce development, education, training, safety, healthcare).

Many inner city communities are situated in food deserts, which are defined as "areas that have limited access to food that is plentiful, affordable, or nutritious." In 2023, the USDA concluded in a study that 13.5 percent (18.0 million households) were food insecure. Food-insecure households (those with low and very low food security) had difficulty at some time during the year providing enough food for all their members because of a lack of resources.
